In The Saturdays we went to a premiere once and we wore these dresses and all I can describe them as is colourful bin bags with bows on. And I knew they were bad at the time and remember saying that I really didn’t want to wear them but it was the only option we had. I still look back and I think, ‘I knew it at the time.’

We have all learned that addiction and mental illnesses are illnesses, and I think a lot of people overlook that it is a chemical imbalance; it’s like cancer, a sickness, and people need to see it as that.
